REDUCE TAXES Take a hard look at how we spend your money and reduce taxes, fees, and the cost of living here in Maine.
GROW GOOD-PAYING JOBS Support business-friendly policies to help stop professionals and graduates from leaving for better opportunities elsewhere.
PROVIDE COLLEGE ALTERNATIVES Fund more vocational programs so our kids have the option of good-paying careers in technology and the trades.
PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT Our fishing and tourism industries depend on responsible stewardship of Maine’s natural resources.
LOWER ENERGY COSTS Make it less expensive to power and heat our homes and businesses.

Scarborough Town Council (Vice Chair, twice) 2018-Present where he’s been committed to controlling spending and development, and has been successful in increasing public engagement and involvement in decision-making.

Retired Human Resources Executive and Independent Consultant (Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Finance).

Graduate of Colgate University (BA) and Cornell University (Master of Industrial and Labor Relations).

Scarborough resident for over 25 years.

Married 40 years to Susan Toohey Hamill; parents of four adult children (all graduates of Scarborough schools).
